One major problem in the mobile car wash business is the abundance of cash and checks that come in from customers. If you have crews out there it can be difficult to monitor the situation to prevent employee theft. Mobile car washes are vulnerable and if you do not watch yourself they will steal from you too. So yes all owners of mobile car washes are advised to watch the case and you must control the flow of money and specifically cash, blank checks, as customers sometimes leave the "Pay to" line blank. Most money should be collected via credit card or debit and satellite processing on site. If you are careful using the assigned work sheets and use human dynamics of employees against their will to do less and get more (i.e. steal) then you can solve this problem. The worker is paid hourly and the driver of the unit salary plus commission. If worker steals the driver will be watching. If the driver steals the worker would like to have his job and get paid more and will turn him in. You see? Humans are so predictable, no matter where they pretend to working.
